Omega-3 Fatty Acids are a type of fat, and are most commonly found in plant & marine oils (fish oils, squid oils, flaxseed oil, hemp oil, etc.). They are considered to be “essential fatty acids” which means that humans must eat them because our bodies need them for good health.

Common Sources
